Very refreshing quick dessert
Recipe of Mango Delight
|Saffron - Optional Mix With 1 Tsp Of Milk||2-3 strands|
|Rasgolla Or Small Colorful Angoor||1||Can|
|Waffle Bowls||1 box|
Empty Mango pup in large container. Open rasgulla can and drain all the syrup from it. Add them to the pulp. Now add elachi powder to it. Make small pieces of almonds/pistachios and cashews and to the pulp. Mix saffron in 1 tsp of milk and add to pulp. Mix everything gently and put it in refrigerator. Serve cold in waffle bowl. Enjoy!
Rasgollas can be replaced by fresh or canned or frozen fruits. If the pulp feels thick ,you can add light cream to it to get desired consistency.
