Recipe of Mango Juice With Cantaloupe

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Cantaloupe 2 Slice
Crushed Ice To Taste
Sugar 7-8 Tablespoons
Water 3 Cup
Ripe Green Mango 1 Large

Directions

  1. Place the mango in a saucepan with enough water to cover. Boil until tender.
  2. Let cool, remove the skin and the seed, and scrape away all the pulp. Place the pulp, 3 cups water and sugar in a blender and blend for 1 minute.
  3. Transfer the contents to a jug and refrigerate. Strain juice before serving.
  4. Chop the cantaloupe slices into small bits and stir into mango juice. Serve with crushed ice
