Recipe of Masala Kachori

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Tamrind/Amchur Powder 2 Tablespoons
Garlic 1 Tablespoons
Ginger 1 Tablespoons
Green Chillies 3 Numbers
Fried Channa Dal/Dalia 1 Cup
Butter 2 Tablespoons
All Purpose Flour 1 Cup
Salt To Taste
Oil To Fry
Coriander Chopped 2 Tablespoons


To make Kachori dough 1. Mix the flour with butter and salt till crumby. 2. Add water little by little, keading into soft dough. 3. Add warm oil and cover with moist cloth. 4. After 10 mins knead the dough again. To prepare the masala filing 1. Grind Fried channa dal, ginger,garlic,tamrind, green chillies together to a corse powder. 2. add little salt and corriander and keep aside To make the kachoris 1. Take small amount of dough and make a small poori out of it. 2. Stuff a tbsp of masala in the poori and seal the edges making a round ball. 3. Now once again roll this ball into a smal poori. 4. Heat oil for deep frying the kachoris. 5.When the oil is hot enough fry the kachoris till golden brown. 6. Serve the hot and spicy kachoris with tomato chutney.
