1. Hard -boil and shell eggs. 2. Grind to a fine paste coconut, chilli powder, peppercorns, cinnamon and salt. 3. Slit eggs length wise and stuff with ground spices. Tie with threads. 4. Heat fat. Add sliced onions and browns. 5. Add remaining. spices and a little simmer till spices are cooked. 6. Add eggs and bring to boil. Remove.
