cumin powder	tsp	1
curry leaves and coriander leaves	bunch	1
garam masala powder	tsp	1/4
ginge garlic paste	tbsp	1
gr chilli	to taste	2

musturd, cumin seeds	tsp	1
oil	tbsp	2
onion	number	2
red chilli powder	to taste	1
salt	to taste	1
tomato	big	3
turmaric	tsp	1/2
Directions \| How to make Meal Maker Tomato

1.boil 750 ml of water and add salt and 1/2 tsp cumin powder and meal maker to boiled water soak it for 20 min. 2. sqeez the water from meal maker[make sure to remove water 90-95%]. 3. Heat a pan and add butter, fry the sqeezed meal maker until it turns to golden brown, remove the meal maker from pan. 4. Add oil to the pan add musturd and cumin seeds, add choped [finely] onions ,grn chillies and curry leaves fry it then onions turns to brown color, add ginger garlic paste and add tomatoes and salt [remember already meal maker was soaked in salt water], let tomotoes cook for 5 min so that all the tomatoes will get smash, after that add coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, redchilli powder mix it well with tomotoes and add fried meal maker [add tougherly with the sauce ] and add some water, let it cook another 10 min so that sauce will thicken finally add coriander leaves.
