1.Cleab fish and keep whole.
2. Slice onions, ginger and slit greens chillies.
3. Grate coconut and preparethree extractions.
4. Heat oil. Saute onions. ginger, green chillies and curry leaves.
5. Add third extraction of coconut milk and salt. Brinng to boil.
6. Add fish. Allow to simmer. As liquid evaporates, add second extraction, simmer tilll fish is cooked.
7. Add vinger and first extraction of coconut milk and remove.
