Recipe of methi thepla

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
fenugreek  30 Grams
Wheat flour  50 Grams
jowar or bajra flour  30 Grams
chilli powder  1/2 Teaspoons
Coriander powder  1/4 Teaspoons
turmeric  1/2 Teaspoons
salt  1/2 Teaspoons
oil  10 Grams

sieve flours together. add chillies poeder coriander powder turmeric, salt and chopped fenugreek leaves and mix prepare dough adding enough water. set asidefor half an hour divide into small and roll out very thin shallow fry on a hot grigddle.
