Recipe of Mexican Basket

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Corn 200 Grams
Large Chopped Onion 2 Numbers
Chopped Capsicum 1 Numbers
Tomato Sauce 3 Tablespoons
Grated Cheese 1/2 Cup
Oil 2 Tablespoons
Salt To Taste



  1. Remove the crust from the slice of bread. Roll the slice until flat & press into the cavities of a greased muffin tray.

  2. Heat the oil in a pan, fry onion till golden brown. Add capsicum,tomatoes and fry for 2 min. Add cornand salt

  3. Take 2 tabs of the mixture andspread each slice of bread. spread a little tomato sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a hot oven for 7-8 mins till cheese melts. serve hot.
