Ingredients used in MINT AND BABY CORN CURRY 1
• Baby corn - 200 grams.
• Poppy seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Cinnamon - 2 numbers.
• Cardamom - 4 numbers.
• Cloves - 3 numbers.
• Coriander seeds - 1 tablespoon.
• Shahi jeera - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Oil - as required.
• Onions - 2 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Green chilli - 3 numbers.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Mint leaves - 1/2 bunch.
• Red bell pepper - 1 number.
• Red chilli powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Curd - 1 clove.
• Cream - 3 tablespoons.
• Dry coconut - 20 grams.
Method:
  • Take baby corn and cut into small pieces.
  • Heat a pan add poppy seeds, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, coriander seeds, dry coconut pieces dry roast all the ingredients and let it cool down then make it into a powder.
  • Heat oil in a pan add shahi jeera, when they crackle add chopped onions, salt saute it till it is brown color.
  • Now add chopped green chili, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder,mint leaves saute it for 2 minutes.
  • Then add baby corn pieces, red bell pepper, red chili powder and add prepared masala powder, curd and add required water mix it and cook till 80% done.
  • After 10 minutes add cream mix it well and switch off the flame. Serve it with pulao.
