mint chicken is very tasty dish, u can call it as green chicken too.. :)
Recipe of mint chicken
|Ginger Garlic Paste||2||Tablespoons|
|Mint Leaves||1 cup||Leaf|
|Chicken Chopped Into Small Pieces||500 kg||Slice|
|Small Onion Paste||2||Teaspoons|
make mint & corriander leaves a fine paste, grind ginger garlic along with chillies and make a paste include small onions too. now add 3 tsp of oil to the pan, fry the spices, then add onion and ginger garlic paste with g.chillies. wait till it turns light brown, after that add green paste, let it boil till the oil comes out, finally add the chicken pieces, mix well & cover the lid for 15 mins, then open the lid, leave it open till it becomes thick gravy, mint chicken is ready. u can have with rice, chapati, roti...
you can call it as green chicken also.
