Recipe of Mint Chicken

Mint-Chicken Put some Oil in a Pan. Add little Cumin seeds, add some crushed Ginger-Garlic. Add a bunch of Fresh-Chopped-Mint, sort it and cook till it fry. Add chopped Onion, chilly-pwdr, coriander-pwdr and termeric pwdr ,, other Masala's are optional ( powdrs of ---cloves, elakka, cinamon, cumim, pepper). sort everything. Add chopped tomattows, and salt. mix well and cover it. Cook till , it seems like Paste. Add chicken into the paste and add little water and cover the chicken and cook for 1/2hr. remove the cover and put some coriander-leaves, and turn-off the flame.
