Description: Mint chutney made with frest mint, spiced with few green chillies, have a pleasant warm, fresh, aromatic, sweet-spicy flavor with a cool after taste

Recipe of Mint Chutney

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Mint 2 Bunch
Gr Chillies 4 Numbers
Ginger 20 Grams
Garlic 6 Piece
Cumin 1 Tablespoons
Coriander 1 Bunch
Salt 1 To Taste
Yogurt 1 Cup
Pomegranate Seeds(dry) 2 Tablespoons

Directions

  1. Blend all the ingredients add yogurt for kabab chutney blend add pinch sugar for pakoda chutney blend add chopped onion,add ghee and mix with hot rice for excellent mint rice.

Making this chutney was not easy or fun, but in the end I was able to do it. It was those pomegranate seeds that messed things up. They just wouldn't blend in. What I did was to add more water to the ingredients so that the food processor would make a paste. Then I put it all in a blender. Even so, I still had to strain the mixture. It was tasty on papadum and samosas. Maybe my seeds were too old? I'll try it next time without the seeds.

hi...i have saw ur video n u ve told thtu welcome our suggetions or tipsso i wanna say a very nice thing tht add some peanuts it makes chatney tuff n teastful and some time it happens tht by mistake we cud add much water on tht time u can use some more peanuts one more thing add lime juice also then test it.......i m sure tht u ll definately like it..
