Recipe of mint curry leaves

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Curry Leaves 50 Grams
Coconut Grated 1 Numbers
Red Chillies 6 Numbers
Tamarind 10 Grams
Salt To Taste
Oil 1 Teaspoons
Mustard Seeds 1 Teaspoons


Fry mint leaves in a pan on low fire, without oil or ghee. then graind the friend mint leaves with grated coconut, red chillies, tamarind and salt

Heat oil in a pan. add mustard seeds when theysplutter, add the ground paste and stir. remove from fire. serve with chapatisor  rotis
