Recipe of Mirchi Fry(Mirapakai vepuda)

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Besan 1 Cup
Ghee 1 Tablespoons
Chillies( Medium Mirchi That We Use For Bhajj)i 15 Numbers
Onions 2 Small
Salt To Taste


First wash up the chiliies and make a slit and remove seeds as they are really hot. In a bowl take half a cup of besan and add ghee, salt and mix it well. Now stuff the mix into our mirchi. put oil in a kadai and add chillies and fry on low flame and ocasionally stir. Slice onions(long strips). Now when chillies are half fried add in the slice chillies. If needed add some salt now. Fry for some time and add the remaining besan and fry for 2-3 min. Now Mirapakai vepuda is ready to eat with hopt rice and papad.
