Recipe of mix-veg jawar roti
|Red Chilli Powder Or Finely Chopped Green Chillies||1||Teaspoons|
|Fenugreek Seeds Powder||1/4||Tablespoons|
|Cumin Seeds Powder||1/4||Tablespoons|
|Finely Chopped Palak,fenugreek||1||Cup|
In a bowl take 2cups of jawar flour and 1/4 of gram flour or besan. Add salt, green chillie paste,cumin powder,fenugreek powder,garlic paste ,finely chopped onions and tomatoes. Add green leafs (finely chopped or boiled). stir the mixture so all ingredients get mixed well now add curd and make dough. Take a plastic cover and grees it with little oil and then with hands press the dough to make small chapatis.put the chapatis on pan and bake on both sides adding little oil or butter.
It is a healthy snack or you can make it as morning breakfast. You can add as many green leafy vegetables as you want to make it more tasty ang healthy.As my child won't eat vegetables i make it a way to give him complete nutrition.
