MIXED VEG CHEESY GARLIC TOAST

Ingredients used in MIXED VEG CHEESY GARLIC TOAST
• Stale bread - 3 slice.
• Carrots(chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• French beans(chopped) - 1/4 cup.
• Sweet corn - 1/4 cup.
• Processed cheese - 1/4 cup.
• Mozzarella cheese - 1 tea spoon.
• Dill leaves(chopped) - 1/2 bunch.
• Butter - 1 tablespoon.
• Garlic(finely chopped) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Fresh cream - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Cut bread into triangle pieces and keep aside.
  • Take a bowl and add carrots, french beans, sweet corn, processed cheese, mozzarella cheese, dill leaves and mix nicely.
  • In another small bowl add butter, garlic, little salt and mix nicely, apply it on stale bread.
  • Place it in a tray and toast it until it becomes crispy in oven.
  • On top of toast spread above mix vegetable cheese mixture.
  • Bake in oven for 6-7 minutes and transfer into serving bowl.

Now mixed veg cheesy garlic toast is ready to serve.
