Refined Oil 500 Grams
Meltid Fat 115 Grams
Salt To Taste
Fat To Fry
Water To Taste

Directions

Sift flour. add salt. prepare a soft dough with waterknead well. set asidecoverd for one hour.divide into 8protions.from into balls and set aside for another 15 minuties  roll each into a round in diameter smear over melted fat make a cut fromcentre to the edge roll from one and of the cut side in the shape of a cone to the other end press cone between plams. roll out thick rounds. deep fry till golden browen. remove and drain. serve hot.
