|Red Chori Dal||3/4||Cup|
1. Soak moong dal and chori daal for 5-6 hours. 2. Now Drain and grind to a smooth paste adding ginger, garlic, chilli,salt, turmeric to make a batter of dropping consistency. No need to add water. Add chopped coriender leaves. This is the batter.. 3. Now make pakoda by deep frying in oil.. U can have this pakoda with any kind of chutny or ketch up..
we use moong split and chori split instead of daal. And remove the exterior covering after soaking it. It makes vadaa softer than usind directly daal.
