Ingredients used in MOONG DAL CABBAGE VADA
• Moong dal(soaked and water drained) - 1 cup.
• Cabbage(finely grated) - 1 cup.
• Green chillies - 2-3 numbers.
• Cumin seeds - half tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Curry leaves - 1 springs.
• Coriander leaves - half cup.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • Blend soaked moong dal with green chillies, cumin seeds and salt into coarse paste.
  • Now take grated cabbage in a bowl and add the moong dal paste, curry leaves, coriander leaves and mix it.
  • Now with this paste make vada’s and deep fry in hot oil.
  • When they turn golden brown take them on tissue paper.
  • Enjoy crispy vada’s with any chutney of your taste.
