Recipe of Mulli Paratha

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Oil 2 Tablespoons
Red Chilli Powder 2 Tablespoons
Grated Radish/Mulli 1 1/2 Cup
Jeera 2 Teaspoons
Salt To Taste
Ghee For Making Paratha To Taste
Wheat Flour 4 Cup

Directions

  1. Mix the above ingredients expect ghee and oil.
  2. Make it into a soft dough using water if necessary. Then add oil and make it even more softer dough. Leave it for 1 hour.
  3. Make Paratha out of it and cook it using ghee.
  4. Serve hot with any Chutney or gravy.
