fennel seeds	tsp	1
mushrooms	lbs	1
mustard seeds	tsp	1/2
oil	tsp	1-2
onions	cup	1/2
pepper powder	tsp	2
salt	to taste
urad dal	tsp	1/2
Directions \| How to make Mushroom Pepper Fry

heat oil in a frying pan and add mustard seeds, urad dal and fennel (sombu) seeds to the oil.after splattering, add onions and curry leaves. after onions getting slightly brown colored add mushrooms which are already cut into pieces of inch length.add salt and sprinkle some water and make mushrooms cook well.after mushrooms get cooked and see that no water is left in the curry. at this stage add pepper powder and switch off the stove.
	Serving Ideas
	it tastes really good. and it will go along with sambar, rasam, pappu like things.it is good when it is flu season because of pepper.
