1.Make a paste of oil ingredients for the batter and dip the mushrooms in it.deep fry till brown keep aside.
2.Pour 2 tablespoons of oil into a work ,add the onion, ginger, garlic, chillies and chill-garlic paste and stir fry over high flame for 5 minutes.
3.Add the capsicum,ajinomoto,soya sause and salt and pepper. stir fry for 2 minutes. keep asice.
4.Deep fry mush rooms once again just before mixing it with the vegetabel mixture,so that the mushrooms remain crip.
5.While frying the mushrooms for the second time. take care thet they just golden brown and not dark brown.
6.Toss the mushrooms with the mixture and serve hot.
