Directions | How to make Mutton Dosakaya
heat oil in a deep vessel or cooker,then add sahijeera, after 10 seconds add chopped onions, after they become translucent add turmeric powder and ginger and garlic paste, mix it well and now add your washed mutton which is cutted into desired pieces, set your stove into medium heat,after a while add salt as per your wish, after this add red chilli powder then mix it well again, now keep your cooker's lid not with whistle,just keep it and let it cook for sometime until the mutton cookes and oozes liquid, now add some water you can add 2 cups of water as your wish, now keep the cookerlid with whistle, let it cook until 2 or 3 whistles, then turn off the stove, let the steam out then open the lid, now add choped cucumber pieces to this mutton and keep again on the stove until 1 whistle now after let the steam out and open the lid now finally add coreander powder and turn off the stove now the delicious mutton dosakaya is ready..

if cucumber is not available you can use kheeradosakaya by sprinkling some lemon juice
goes very well with white rice and jeera rice
