Directions | How to make Mutton Fry Mutton Podi
 
Hi , This is my first recepi which i'm posting ,please bare with me .. and please do any changes if needed. take the boneless mutton cut into small pieces ,now chop the onions and put this mutton and chopped onions in a preasure cooker with a teaspoon of oil added to it and put for around 3 to 4 whistles until the mutton is well cooked . Now remove the mutton and onions and put it in blender ,add salt ,ginger garlic paste,termeric,red chilli powder,garam masala,coriender powder and blend int. not into a paste but just roughly u blend .now take a pan and add oil into that see that the pan is flat ,and put some methi in that and fry and now add this mutton mixture to that and fry it nicely until the color changes into dark brown on a medium flame and u can just find the oil leaving..we should keep on frying becoz it get burnt if we dont ..coz we dont add any water to it .at this time add the freshly chopped cilantro and serve .this can last for a month if we store it in fridge this is very gud with hot rice.
