first wash the meat properlly,than keep in a vessel than add chilli powder,turmeric powder,half of the garam masala powder and cashew nut paste,cumin powder corriander powder,ginger garlic paste,mustard paste,onion paste and a pinch of saffron powder ,mustard oil and salt to taste,than mix this all well than marinate for an 1/2 hour than manage it on pressure than light the stove than keep it an high flame for 5 to 7 minutes than add water than keep it on tight pressur for 15 minutes than open it and add rest of the garam masla powder and corriander leaves and serve hot.
