Curry Leaves 1 Stricks
Cuminseeds 1 Tablespoons
Mustard 1 Tablespoons
Oil 7 Tablespoons
Raw Mango 1 Numbers
Onion 1 Numbers
Tomatoes 3 Numbers
Tamarind 100 Grams
Fish 1 Lbs
Coriander Pdr 1 Tablespoons
Turmeric 1 Teaspoons
Green Chilli 2 Numbers
Methi Pdr 1 Pinch

Directions

1.bengali cut of fish pieces,wash them gently with salt and turmeric.2.once u wash them neatly apply little salt and turmeric so that fish absorbs them.3.Also prepare juice of tamarind and tomato.4.Take a pan add some oil,mustard seeds,cuminseeds,curry leaves,green chilli,sliced onions,sorter them 3 mins.5.Add Salt ,turmeric,mix well.6.Add juice of tamarind and tomatoes,let it boil for some time,the juice should be neither thick nor thin.8.Add fish pieces,check water quantity and sourness quantity all pieces should completely immerse in juice.9.Now add chilli pdr,coriander pdr,methi pdr,cook some time.10.Add mango pieces cover it wid lid ,cook some time donot stirr curry so dat fish pieces may break,only shake pan now it's ready to eat.

this is the authentic nellore recipe. I searched in google and some ignorants mentioned ginger garlic in the ingredients. When ginger garlic is there, it is not at all the way nellorians do.
