Description: 1 litre milk, a handful of varmecilli (2inch size), handful of saboodana, sugar . Kevda essence, 2 or 3 drops. pistas, kaju pieces.

Recipe of Noodle- Saboodana Kheer

Essence Kevda/ Rose 2 or 3 drops Drops
Sugar accordingly To Taste
Saboodana a handful Small
Noodle/varmecelli a handful Small
Milk 1 litre Can
Pistas a handful Small
Kaju Pieces Broken a handful Small


In 1 litre of milk put a handful of varmecilli (2inch size), also add handful of saboodana and sugar according to your taste. Boil the milk with the ingrdients on low flame till varmecelli and saboodana becomes soft or fat. Close the stove. Add Kevda essence, 2 or 3 drops. Also add pistas and kaju pieces. Noodle- saboodana kheer is ready.

Recipe Tips

You have to take care and stan there till the kheer is cooked properly.
