Chop the onion, green chillies and corander leaves finely. take it in a bowl. add salt Chillies powders and grated coconut. mix well. pour the egg contents into it and stir well.
Take a tava. pour enough oil and and heat it. pour the egg mixture over it and spread Evenly. cook it on low fire.
When the lower side is roasted, turn over. cook for a few more minutes and remove From fire.
serve hotas a snack or with rice.
