Directions \| How to make Omlette Curry

Preparing Omlette: Cut one big onion and 4chillies in to small pieces.Add this mixture to beaten egg and add salt and pinch of chilli power.Take a deep kadai with one spoon of oil to prepare Omlette. Make sure Omlette is cooked bothe sides in low flame. Cut the omlette into 4 equal pieces and keep it aside. Preparing Tomoto paste : Boill tomatos,chillies and tamarind in a pressure cooker(4whistles). After boilling this tomatoes, cool it and then make as paste in a mixi. Tempering: Take another pan. Now add oil and put mustard , jeeraa , curry leaves,onions, garlic in sequence. Once onions become light brown, add already prpared tomato paste to this. Once this paste starts boiling, Add omelette pieces and let it cook for 3 mins. Finally Garnish the curry with coriander.
