Hi Sanjay,

Amazing recipe, I couldn't believe it I made this as good as I never tasted before any chutney around the world. You know just 4 month before I was not knowing even how to cook Rice, Plain Rice. Now with you I have tried dozens of dishes each better and best. Thank You

As far as this Chutney is concerned I prepared it in no time and had with Rava Idli, amazing. Only thing I not added here is Tamarind and I added a spoon of tomato ketch up I must say I never had a chutney as good as this.

Chop onion, garlic, tomato and fry them in 3 tsp of in gingely oil (sesame oil) along with red chillies. Cool and grind the mixture to either coarse or smooth paste. Add salt, tamarind to this paste. Season it with mustard, Asafoetida and curry leaves. This is a chettinad recipe and is a a favorite accompaniment to a dish called vellai paniyaram!
