Recipe of onion raita

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Onion 3 Numbers
Green Chillies 2 Numbers
Coriander 1 Bunch
Salt 1 Pinch
Chillipowder 1/4 Teaspoons
Curd 1 Cup

Directions

Slice the onion into thin round pieces. chop the green chillies and coriander leaves Finely. take a bowl. pour curd into it.add finely chopped coriander leaves and green Chillies. add chillies powder and salt to it. mix well and then put the onion pieces into It. stir again carefully.

serve with vegetable or mutton biryani

This was a great accompainment to my beef briyani. I also added tomatoes to the raita.
