Ingredients used in Orange Tea Biscuits
• Orange essence - 2 drops.
• All purpose flour - 225 grams.
• Egg - 1 number.
• Sugar powder - 75 grams.
• Orange peel - 20 grams.
• Butter - 150 grams.
Method:
  • Take a bowl, add butter, sugar powder, cream it then add egg in little by little quanties along with orange essence, all purpose flour, mix it well.
  • Take a piping bag and fill the mixture into this then in baking tray pipe it in circular motion (i.e., in cookie shape).
  • Take fresh orange peel and cut them into juliennes, add sugar to it.
  • Then mix it and put them on the top of the biscuits and bake them at 180 degree centigrade for 15 minutes.
