|BESAN FLOUR (BENGAL GRAM FLOUR)||2||Cup|
Mix the flour, chili powder, cumin seeds, turmeric, salt to taste and 3/4 to 1 cup of water, to a thick batter. Divide the batter in two portions, stir spinach through one and carrots through the other. Make small balls with a spoon and deep fry them until golden brown. Serve with coriander chutney or green chili sauce. Can also be prepared with different vegetables like cauliflower, egg plant, onion and potato.
