make a dough with rice flour, 1 pinch salt.use hot water to make dough.
just make small balls using the dough.keep it is aside.
take a pan and add about 2 1/2 water.bring it 2 boil.
add jaggery in boiling water. wait till jaggery compleatly dissolve in it.
after that add small balls made earlier.stir it as and when required.
if neccesory add water.
once balls r cokked, add the coconut milk and milk.
switch off now add codamom powder.
