1. Grate coconut. Extract coconut milk, the first extraction thick, the second with 150 ml of water, and the third with 300 ml of water.Set aside. 2. Scale, clean and wash fish well. Cut into 2.5 cm.slice onions. 3. Put into a pan the second and third extractions of coconut milk, turmeric, fenugreek, slit green chillies, sliced onions, ginger, fish, salt and curry leaves. Bring to boil and simmer till fish is done. 4. Add first exrtaction of coconut milk and lime juice. Remove from fire.
