first u will cut chicken in to small peaces , and clean . then u will add turmaric , salt,gingergarlic paste into chicken and mix well. after u cook that chicken still the water is evavoparated. and same time u prepare the curry . take the another vessel i tbs oil then add cuminseeds ,curryleaves, cinaminstick is fry then add onions, tae onions are fry little bit browen ,after add ginger garlic paste, to fyr 4m. after u will cut the spinach and add spinach is fry10 to 15m the same time chicken is cook to anthor vessel to check the chicken.. is done to add in to the spinach and then fry the chicken after 5m u will add red chilli powder, little bit salt (dont forgrt u will already add some salt to chicken ) to fry the chicken some time ,.u see that the spinach is to change the colour into dark green. the same to take another pan u fry them cloves,cardamon, cinamin corriender , poppy seeds, cumin seeds, coconut .then to make fine powder.to coock the chicken, then to make sure spinach is turn the colour that means spincah is perfectly cook , then u will add that masala powder.after u add corriender leaves swich off the flame . PALK CHICKEN IS READY.
