Recipe of Palak pakora

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Ginger-garlic Paste 1 Teaspoons
Oil To Fry
Salt To Taste
Chilli Pdr 1 Teaspoons
Besan 100 Grams
Palak/spinach 1 small Bunch
Coriander Pdr (if You Like) 1 Teaspoons

Directions

Wash and chop spinach finely. Take a bowl, mix besan chopped spinach, salt, chilli pdr, ginger-garlic pdr and water to a thick consistency. Do not add more water. Take a pan, heat oil on medium flame and put small quantities of pakora mixure into the the hot oil. Fry them on low flame till the pakoras turn to brown. Remove and serve hot with ketchup or sauce. Or eat just like that.

Recipe Tips

Do not over fry the pakoras. You can do the same with cabbage and grated mix vegetables.

Loved the fuss free recipe which at the same time is delicious. I made it today in the evening snacks and it is soooo easy to make! My hubby appreciated the result too. :-)
