Recipe of Palak Panir

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Spinach 500 Grams
Panir 1000 Grams
Pod Garlic 1 Numbers
Onions 250 Grams
Salt To Taste
Fat Or Ghee. 50 Grams
Cream 50 ml
Green Chillies 3-4 Numbers
Dry Fenugreek Leaves 30 Grams

Directions

1.Cut panir into cubes. Wash and drain spinach.
2.Puree in a mixer. Heat fat.
3.Add chopped onions, garlic, whole green chillies, prepared  spinach and dry fenugreek
leaves. Saute till the mixture is almost dry.
4.Add cream.Blend well. Add panir cubes.

i like ur all recipes but this recipe ( palak panir ) i could not understand can u tell me plz in simple wrdings but i liked this colour and i like palak panir
