Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Spinach 3 Bunch
Onion-small(chopped) 1 Numbers
Tomatoes 3 Numbers
Garlic-(finely Chopped) 5 Numbers
Dhania Powder To Taste
Chillipowder To Taste
Garam Masala To Taste
Ghee To Taste
Oil To Fry
Toor Dhal-(cooked) 1 Cup
Paneer From Milk 1000 ml
Fresh Cream 2 Tablespoons


Heat the kadai with oil and season it with mustard,urad dhal,cumin,red pepper flakes.
Saute finely cut onions and garlic till transparent.
Add diced tomatoes,washed and cut spinach, dhania powder,chilli powder,garam masala and one teaspoon of ghee.Saute till the masala and spinach is cooked.
Add the cooked dhal,mix them well.
Finally add the paneer and fresh cream for about 5 minutes.Serve hot with chapati,roti...

This is however not an authentic recipe of palak paneer. But nonetheless can be tested.
