Ingredients used in PANEER KEBAB
• Paneer - 250 grams.
• Coriander seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Pepper corns - 10 number.
• Salt - to taste.
• Chickpea flour - 1 tablespoon.
• Turmeric powder - pinch.
• Chaat masala - 1 tea spoon.
• Ginger garlic paste - half tea spoon.
• Garam masala powder - half tea spoon.
• Chilli flakes - half tea spoon.
• Hung curd - 1 tablespoon.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - half bunch.
• Lemon juice - 1 tea spoon.
• Cashew nut powder - 2 tablespoons.
• Onion (cubes) - 1 number.
• Bell pepper (green and red) - 1 number.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • Dry roast coriander seeds, cumin seeds, Pepper corns then put it into the pestle and add little salt and crush to coarse powder.

For marination :

  • Take a bowl, add oil, chickpea flour, turmeric powder, chaat masala, salt, ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder, chilli flakes, hung curd, chopped coriander, lemon juice along with cashewnut powder and mix it to a fine paste.
  • Add paneer pieces to the above pan and coat the mixture to each piece.
  • Then add the onion dices , green and red bell pepper, coat the mixture evenly.
  • Heat oil in a tawa, place marinated paneer pieces and cook it on both sides till they turn slight golden in color.
  • Then place the coated onions and bell peppers in the centre of the tawa and shallow fry the vegetables along with the paneer.
  • At last, season it with above prepared masala powder, little bit of chaat masala, squeeze lemon juice and cook it for 2 minutes then switch off the flame.

Serve with mint chutney.
