club soda in room tempreture	can	1 can
pani poori sooji (u can get it in indian stores)	cup	200grm
salt 1/2 tsp	0
sooji	cup	100grm
Directions \| How to make Pani Poori Or Gool Gaapa

Take fine sooji and pani poori sooji put 1/2 tsp salt and Kned a very soft dough with club soda and keep it for 1/2 and hour then make a small balls in a plate and keep it aside covered ,You have to make poories in "Rooti maker electric one"in medium tempreature,put 2balls in roti maker and press them and take out after 10sec,repeat the processand make around 20 poories at a time and keep them in a disposable plate, Now fry the poories in medium high temprature (if poories don't come good so lower the temprature) use corn oil for this it will help your poories to stay for longer keep the poories in air tight container.this quantity will get u around 200 poories
