Recipe of Panir Makhani

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Panir 250 Grams
Onions 100 Grams
Cream 50 Grams
Mawa 50 Grams
Cashewnuts 50 Grams
Poppy Seeds 50 Grams
Cumin Seeds 10 Grams
Tomatoes 100 Grams
Garam Masala 1 Grams
Green Chillies 4 Numbers
Oil 100 ml
Butter 50 Grams
Salt To Taste
Sugar 1/2 Teaspoons
Few Coriander Leaves To Taste


1.Cut panir into small cubes, fry it slightly in oil, drain well and set aside.
2.Heat oil and fry chopped onions  golden brown. Add ground poppy seeds, Cashewnuts, cumin seeds, chopped tomatoes and garam masala.
3.Stir well continuously till all the ingredients have blended well.
4.Add a little water and allow to simmer. Add fried panir and cook for five minutes.
5.Top with butter and cream and sprinkle with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
