Slice the panneer into 1inch thick big slice.take the curd in a wide bowl. add salt, Jeerapowder and pepper powder.stir well. now add panneer slices.mix well and leave It for 1/2 an hour.
Take a non-sticky frying pan.add enough oil and heat it. take out the panneer slices And fry it on low fire, turning both sides, till brown in colour.
Instead of frying you can grill it in oven. it is very nutritious.
