soak all the channa,toor,urad dals with bengal gram and with the rice atleast for 4-6 hrs. drain the water and grain them in a blender with the red chilli and with the spices given above,blend them coarsly take the mixer in a bowl add salt,coconut,chopped onions ,corriander . mix it the texture should be thick. now in a dosa thawa make it like dosa,use ghee it gives nice smell and good taste. let it cook in medium low flame ,serve it with chutney and jaggery .
for the chutney to be serve with this is make the coconut chutney with less fried grams.
