Red Chillies 1
Curry Leaves 1 Bunch
Green Chillies 3
Onions 1/2 Cup
Ginger 1 Tablespoons
Urad Dal 1 Tablespoons
Chana Dal 1 Cup
Geera 1 Tablespoons
Oil 1/2 Cup
Salt To Taste
Turmeric

Directions

First saok chana dal 3 hrs before.and grind itby adding salt into coarse paste. Now take a pan pour oil into it as oil gets heated put jeera next urad dal,ginger greenchillies curry leaves red chillies, onions,turmeric fry them all and reduce the flame to very low now add the chana dal paste into the pan mix it very well and keep a lid.for every 5 min mix it once until until the paste becomes into small balls

I am surprised that patoli is an orian dish.
In our family it is a very favorite dish.ick
we make a very modified version and call it PATOLI.

First boil drum sticks adding salt. add this to the patoli dough. Other procedure is the same and the taste will be immense...
