First saok chana dal 3 hrs before.and grind itby adding salt into coarse paste. Now take a pan pour oil into it as oil gets heated put jeera next urad dal,ginger greenchillies curry leaves red chillies, onions,turmeric fry them all and reduce the flame to very low now add the chana dal paste into the pan mix it very well and keep a lid.for every 5 min mix it once until until the paste becomes into small balls
