Recipe of Peanut chutney

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Urad Dhal 1/2 Teaspoons
Mustard Seeds 1/2 Teaspoons
Oil 1 Teaspoons
Hing Pinch
Salt To Taste
Cumin Seeds 1/2 Teaspoons
Tamarind 5 Grams
Garlic 8 Clove
Red Chilli 6 Numbers
Roasted Peanut 200 Grams
Curry Leaves 2 Springs
Water 1 Cup
Sugar Pinch

Directions

In a blender, add peanut,red chilli,garlic,tamarind,cumin seeds,salt,sugar,hing together & gring it add a little water & gring. To the tempering add oil, mustard seeds,urad dhal, curry leaves, Add the tempering to the mixture .

Recipe Tips

If u want a thick chutney,don't add too much of water.
