take a cup of peanuts, red chillies, green chillies. ginger small piece, garlice samll piece and tamarind 1 small piece, heat kadai add 4 tbs oil and fry them till peanuts are slightly brown after that grind them by adding 1 cup of water and 1/2 spoon of sugar and 1 spoon of salt after grinding them in smooth paste, add tadka with curry leave, peanut chutney is ready to serve with idly dosa
