Stage 1: - put some oil in the vessel and fry the pepper , serragam, sombhu and the some onion . Remove from fire and allow it to cool Now grind it in the mixer and make it as a paste . Stage 2: Soak the chicken with lemon and soya sauce for 2 hours. Place the vessel in fire and pour some oil. add biriyani leaf to oil and then add ¾ of cut onions. Allow the onions to cook golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste and cook till the raw smell is cooked well. Then add tomatoes ,chili powder, kothaimalli powder and green chilli. Allow it to cook till the tomatoes turns saucey and oil ooz out. Stage 3 : when stage 2 is cooked well… add the stage 1 paste to stage 2. Add some 2 cups of water and mix well. Now add the soaked chicken to the mixture. Add salt to needed. Allow it to cook till the chicken and the masala is cooked well and gets thicken. Add enough amt of water for the chicken to cook. Decorated with coriander leaf serve hot….
this chicken pepper is tried at my home and its really come out very well and taste also yummy... i will be happy if u do this recipe ... and try out the taste... this dish will be liked by all also its got good digestive materials so there will not be any stomach problem... the look of this dish is black in color and hence people will temped ed to try this......
