Recipe of PESARATTU

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Cummin Seeds 2 Teaspoons
Long Ginger Piece 1 Numbers
Green Chilies 4 Numbers
Onions 2 Numbers
Rice 1 Tablespoons
Whole MOONG Cup 250 Grams
Salt 1 Teaspoons
Sun Flower Oil 1 Cup

Directions

  1. Soak green gram ,rice and jeera overnight in water.
  2. Drain the water and grind them with all the above ingrediends into a fine paste.
  3. Heat the tawa and spread 1-2 tbsps of the above dough as dosa.
  4. Pour one tsp of oil on it.
  5. Then spread some finely chopped onions on it.(optional)
  6. Fry on both sides or only oneside.
  7. Serve hot with Rava Upma (optional).
