Scrape theplantains and cut into flat board pieces. grind grated coconut,jeera, and 1/2Onion into a fine paste.
Heat oil in avessel. add mustard seeds. when they spluttr, add the other 1/2 sliced Onion and green chillies. stir and add dhania powder and chilliespowder. then add plantain pieces and 1/2a cup of water. add salt and pepper powder.cook for 2 Minuties on low fire. then add the coconut paste, stir and cook till down.
serve with rice or chapatis.
